Welcome back!  Today, we have a nice and convenient recipe for homemade buffalo wings! These wings are so soft and juicy because of the Instant Pot, and it really isn't hard to make at all. Plus, the cook time is really quite short: the final boil in the oven is only 6-10 minutes. They're honestly so good that you don't even need any more sauce when you're eating them! Instant Pot Buffalo Wings Ingredients: 3-4 pounds chicken wings Salt and pepper Garlic powder Buffalo sauce (you can even make your own) Directions: Season the wings with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In the Instant Pot, pour in 1 cup of water and put in the trivet. Place the wings in vertically. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then release the pressure. Take the wings out. On a baking pan, put the wings on a piece of parchment paper. Apply buffalo sauce to all sides of the meat. In the oven, boil until golden, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Instant Pot Turkey Breast

Welcome back!  Today, we have the Thanksgiving staple: Turkey! Even though it's past Thanksgiving, this is a great turkey recipe that you could use for Christmas or whenever you want to eat turkey! This recipe really brings out the natural flavor of the turkey as it doesn't add too many additional seasonings or spices. Instant Pot Standing Rib Roast

Welcome back!  Today, we have a delicious cut of beef that once again features the Instant Pot, a super handy tool that can cook so many different things. The ribeye is the part of meat connected to the rib (surprising, huh?), and it's known for being rather tender and flavorful because of the fat marbling in that part of the meat. With the Instant Pot, it gets super soft and juicy too, making it a great, protein-packed dish. Instant Pot Standing Rib Roast Ingredients: 1 ribeye stand (about 5 pounds) Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup beef broth 1/3 cup red wine Herbs: thyme, bay leaf, rosemary (optional) Directions: Remove the bone from the meat (there should now be about 4 pounds of boneless meat now). If the meat is a little loose, you can use twine to wrap it up. Rub with salt and pepper. Sear all sides, about 10 minutes in total. In the instant pot, add the beef broth and red wine, along with any herbs. Put the trivet in and put the rib on top. You can also add some other seasonin...

Instant Pot Leg of Lamb

Welcome back!  Today, we have another lamb recipe, this time for a different cut. It has the similar lamb flavor and also features the key ingredient of rosemary, but this recipe works nicely as a stew, so it's rather different from the other two. Fun fact, Greece is the top consumer of sheep meet per capita in the world, which makes sense as lamb is a common Mediterranean meat. Rosemary also originates from the Mediterranean, so it's a perfect combination!  Instant Pot Leg of Lamb Makes 4 servings Ingredients: 4-5 pounds lamb leg (boneless) 1 onion, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 sprigs of rosemary and thyme, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 1/2 cup total of chicken stock and/or water (we used 1 cup chicken stock and 1/2 cup dry white wine) Other vegetables: potatoes, carrots, zucchini 2 tablespoons cornstarch A little water Directions: Dry the lamb with a paper towel. Then, tie it with some twine to keep everything together Season the lamb by rub...

Instant Pot Barbecue Ribs

Welcome back!  Today, we have a recipe for a dish that we've made a lot but only recently with the help of the Instant Pot, a handy multi-cooker that can cook any type of food! We will also divulge our combination of spices, which is the other key part of this recipe. There's actually many different methods of preparing ribs, as each state in the US tends to have their own variety, and some regions within those states have varieties. The sauces can vary from tomato-based to vinegar-based, and the meat can be smoked, grilled, or roasted. This version is made to be convenient and clean to do from your kitchen! Instant Pot Barbecue Ribs Makes 1 rack Ingredients: Meat: 1 rack of ribs 1 cup water or apple cider vinegar (we did half a cup of each) 1 tablespoon liquid smoke Barbecue sauce (whatever you like!) Spices: 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon ground mustard 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teas...
